RECENT TESTIMONIALS: *We cannot say enough about you and your team as well as the entire banquet staff – Gus, Encar, and Carlos were absolutely wonderful. Encar and Carlos in particular are truly stand-out employees! You are lucky to have them as the face of the Opal. They could not have been more accommodating – they anticipated things we didn’t even know to ask for. And by extension, their entire staff took care of us and our guests like we were guests in their own homes. One attendee described the overall feeling of the meeting as a warm hug and another said it was as soothing as grilled cheese and tomato soup on a cold day. Not bad! We make a good team. * The meeting was a complete success – everyone loved the location, place, and accessibility of everything. Staff was great especially Carlos in banquets. Food and Beverage was very good, we were in just 2 meeting rooms but they were nice. All the staff we had encounters with were great. *This was the perfect destination that was casual yet elegant, like a 4.5 Diamond Resort. *Amazing meeting space with a modern vibe throughout the property, and the food quality was a wow for all our attendees. *I wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful it’s been working with Reed during our recent program at the Opal Grand. She was truly outstanding, incredibly responsive, proactive, and attentive to every detail. Reed went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, taking care of the many little things that make a big difference. Her professionalism and quick communication made my job so much easier, and most importantly, she helped make our VIPs feel like true VIPs throughout their stay. It’s always a pleasure to work with someone so dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience. She’s an absolute asset to your team!
