The hotel Villa Augustus is located in the former water tower of Dordrecht. The Hotel has 37 rooms:20 rooms in the water tower and 17 rooms in the garden. Almost every room has a breathtaking view. There is Former machine room of the water tower accommodates two function rooms. The atmosphere is industrial and both look out and give access to the garden. These rooms are suitable for a wide range of activities, including meetings, lunches or dinners, receptions, presentations, etc. It has a Restaurant where the visitor and the employee get in touch with the seasons. Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter; in the open kitchen, literally and metaphorically the heart of the restaurant, they endeavor getting that season on your plate as beautiful as possible. There is a menu with a limited amount of dishes of which a few change weekly so it is never really possible to tell what will be on it and when. Villa Augustus strives to work with organic or otherwise environmentally friendly produce. Preferably from surrounding districts, but wonderful ingredients from elsewhere in Europe are certainly welcomed.
