Yes, We have now moved to wooden stirrers and paper straws.

Yes, All linen are laundered with high temperature water and EcoLab cleaning products after each guests' use. All headboards, desks, chairs, doors, handles, and all surfaces are cleaned with IHG approved cleaners after each guest.
