Augustus Hotel & Resort is located in its own extensive gardens in the most elegant part of Forte dei Marmi. With the ultimate dedication, the staff has developed the hotel considerably over the last fifty years whilst maintaining unaltered the key to its success: a very personal and discreet style, unlike other hotels in the area only too ready to publicize their famous and important guests. The spectacular setting of Forte dei Marmi with its sandy beach and pine forests, nestling at the foot of the Apuan Alps, makes Augustus Hotel & Resort quite unique. This hotel offers 79 well appointed and fully furnished rooms that are decorated recently to provide utmost comfort to the visitors and guests. We also offer 4 spaces that can be hired for events, conferences, meetings and other parties accommodating up to 250 guests in our Sala Nave. All the rooms are equipped with necessary infrastructure to make your event successful and memorable.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
