Guest must cancel within 48 hours of the groups contracted arrival date without being charged for one night’s room & tax on each room. If Individual reservations are cancelled after 48-hour cancellation date, the responsible party for the room will be charged for the first night stay on their credit card. The hotel ask that individuals call the hotel or the reservation line if needing to cancel. Please advise the guests to obtain a cancellation number from our reservation agents when they call to cancel their reservation. Cancellation numbers can be given over the phone or through email.
