All waste is separated into different waste streams. Our current waste streams are general waste, mixed recycling, glass, food waste, and used cooking oil. Has your hotel taken steps to reduce single-use plastics, such as removing plastic straws (except upon request for guests with disabilities), stirrers and cotton buds? If yes, please provide detail as to the steps you have taken to reduce single use plastics?
We do not have plastic straws or stirrers in our restaurant or bars. Single use in room amenities, such as shower caps, cotton buds and toothbrushes, are only available on request. Mini toiletries have been changed to large refill toiletries in all rooms.
Does your hotel generate (onsite) or purchase (offsite) renewable energy (beyond your utility's standard offerings)? If yes, please describe your practices for generating or purchasing renewable energy.
We do not generate any renewable energy onsite. We purchase all renewable energy through our energy supplier.
