The cancellation schedule below applies in the event that a group reservation is cancelled completely, unless it has been explicitly stated otherwise agreed in writing. 1. In case of cancellation more than 6 months (180 days) before group’s arrival, Client is obliged to pay a 25% of the total contracted revenue (non-refundable, good faith deposit) to the Hotel. 2. In case of cancellation between 6-3 months (179 and 90 days) before group’s arrival, Client is obliged to pay a 50% of the total contracted revenue to the Hotel. 3. In case of cancellation between 3-2 months (89 and 60 days) before the time when group’s arrival, Client is obliged to pay a 70% of the total contracted revenue to the Hotel. 4. In case of cancellation between 2-1 months (59 and 30 days) before the time when group’s arrival, Client is obliged to pay a 90% of the total contracted revenue to the Hotel. 5. In case of cancellation less than 1 month (29 days or less) before the time when group’s arrival, Client is obliged to pay a 100% of the total contracted revenue to the Hotel.

Yes : There are no plastic straws at Thompson, we will replace the complimentary plastic water bottles with glass ones made of water that we filter at the hotel.
