i) 확정 후 취소하는 경우 전체 행사 비용 (객실 임대료, 숙박비 및 케이터링 요금) 의 50% 취소 수수료가 부과됩니다. ii) 행사 날짜로부터 30일 이내에 취소하는 경우 전체 행사 비용의 75% 가 취소 수수료가 부과됩니다. iii) 3일 이내에 취소하거나 실제 도착일에 “노쇼 (No-Show)" 가 발생할 경우 전체 행사 비용의 100% 취소 수수료가 부과됩니다. iv) 숙박 기간 단축 (행사 종료 전 예기치 않은 체크아웃이 1박 이상인 경우) 숙박 기간 단축으로 인한 이후 모든 숙박에 대해 전체 패키지의 50% 가 부과됩니다.고객은 반드시 오후 12시 이전에 숙박 기간을 단축하겠다는 의사를 프론트 오피스에 알려야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 그에 따라 100% 의 요금이 부과됩니다.
