Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!

MADE caters to locals and visitors who care about where things come from, who believe materials matter, and who value the experience above all else.   DEBAJO: Dinner 5:30p-10p (SUN-SAT) Debajo, located on the subterranean level of the hotel, is a restaurant serving New American Tapas dishes, seasonal and vegetable focused meals, in an environment built around community, curiosity and fun. The team is committed to providing our guests quality food and beverage offerings that we are excited about and a high level of service without pretense. GOOD BEHAVIOR: 5pm-12am (SUN-SAT) Good Behavior is a rooftop bar/lounge located on the 18th floor of MADE with panoramic views of the city. The menu is focused on Tiki-inspired drinks, unique craft beers, and large format cocktail service. The space has both an indoor and outdoor element and will feature live music and DJ’s. PAPER COFFEE: 7am – 6pm Paper Coffee is a neighborhood coffee shop located inside MADE whose mission is to curate the highest quality coffee, tea and baked good offerings for our guests to enjoy as part of their daily routine. Our space is highly designed, welcoming and comfortable and our team is committed to thoughtful and friendly service for our guests each day.  LOBBY BAR: MADE's lobby bar offers drinks and bites and for locals and visitors to stop in a buzzy but warm environment. PATIO: Available for hotel guests only on the second floor is a patio to escape from the busy city and enjoy a moment of seclusion.
