Hi! I’m Estelle Tracy, a chocolate sommelier with a French accent and the founder of 37 Chocolates, a chocolate education company. I’ve hosted hundreds of tastings worldwide, both in-person and online, for teams and clients who want something fun, inclusive, and memorable. From wine, beer, and tea pairings to blind tastings and global chocolate journeys, I bring people together through chocolate. My clients include Google, Deloitte, and EY, and I’m a regular speaker at major industry events like the DC Chocolate Festival, the PA Chocolate & Coffee Festival, and the Retail Confectioners Association. We started LMS Brandz because we saw a need in the promotional product market for a better, more personalized experience for the customer. There are a lot of promo companies out there to choose from, but it’s not always about the cheapest price or the fastest turnaround time (although we pride ourselves in “making it happen” for the client). The Brass Animals, a brass/jazz/marching band, have delighted audiences of all shapes and sizes at corporate events, weddings, private and special events, and sporting events all over the country. Our sound fuses the popular New Orleans-style brass band style with an eclectic blend of hip-hop, R&B, funk and pop. Typical performances include explosive renditions of recent favorites by artists like Beyoncé, Harry Styles, Snoop Dogg, and Taylor Swift as well as our own spin on vintage classics by Louis Armstrong, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Herbie Hancock, The Meters and more.
