We see ourselves as a regional property with a focus on TX Associations and SMERFE group business primarily due to the amount of meeting space hand in hand with Corporate Preferred mid-week transient business. Corporate group will come with the help of the BT agreements we will put into place. We will be focused on vertical markets vs regional. There will be strong proactive focus on Texas based business especially Oil and Gas, Medical, Legal, and Mid-sized Associations for mid-week. SMERFE and Sports will be our bread and butter for the weekends as well as certain type of Associations since leisure travel is currently not strong in the area. Amateur and youth sports can be big in this area. I also believe that we have some great opportunities for the Religious and Military business.
