The schedule of full cancellation damages applicable for your Event is as follows : • From signature to 365 days before the event : 35% of the total amount will be charged • 365 days to 180 days before the event : 50% of the total amount will be charged • 179 days to 90 days before the event : 75% of the total amount will be charged • 89 days to 31 before the event : 90% of the total amount will be charged • 30 days or less before the event : 100% of the total amount will be charged
