Cancellation policy – summary • All cancellations (full or partial) must be notified in writing. • Cancellation terms do not apply in cases of force majeure. • Invoicing is based on the total services contracted for the event. Full cancellation (≥ 50%) Applies in case of date change, cancellation of 50% or more of rooms/participants/total amount, non-payment of deposits, or event interruption. • More than 30 days prior to the event: deposits paid or due are retained. • 30 days or less prior to the event: 100% of the contracted amount is due. Partial cancellation (< 50%) Cancellation fees apply according to the date of notification: • Up to 10% free of charge until D-61 • Up to 5% free of charge from D-60 to D-31 • 90% fees from D-30 to D-8 • 100% fees from D-7 onwards • All cancellation fees are payable within 7 working days. Flexibility Terms may be adjusted depending on the scale or complexity of the event, subject to mutual agreement.
