Policy for Group Size 10+ People - For cancellations made 2 months or more prior to a scheduled booking, there is no cancellation fee. - For cancellations made less than 2 months and up to 1 month, 50% of total costs will be charged. - For cancellations made less than 1 month prior to a scheduled booking, 100% of total costs will be charged. *Customized cancellation policies will be created for exclusive rooftop buyouts. These policies will be tailored based on the event size and total booking value.

Customer Review - 2023 “We had an amazing 3 days offsite in Zoku Paris. The team was really friendly and the Event Space was perfect for our team gathering as well as inviting our partners. The beds in the Lofts were super comfy and the big table/living room made it very easy to work from your Loft. Cherry on top: drinks & tapas on their beautiful rooftop.”
