There are no restrictions on music during our cocktail, dinner, and dancing nights, whether in our garden or indoors. This allows for a unique and personalized atmosphere, perfect for every moment of the evening.
취소 규정
1/ Total Cancellation A total cancellation is considered in the following cases and will trigger the application of the cancellation terms below: Change of the event date or failure to pay deposits within the contractual deadlines. If payment deadlines are not met, the Pavillon Royal has the right to request immediate payment of the balance, due within 8 days of the written request. If not paid within this period, the event is considered definitively canceled due to the client’s fault, and the venue may request damages for the harm caused. In the event of total cancellation, the Pavillon Royal will retain or charge the client as follows: More than 30 days before the event: the amount of the deposit(s) specified in the particular conditions. 30 days or less before the event: 100% of the total amount (VAT included) of the reserved services. 2/ Partial Cancellation A partial cancellation refers to a reduction in the contract amount for any reason, such as a decrease in event duration, number of attendees, or services ordered. In the case of partial cancellation, the following fees apply: If cancellation notice is received more than 90 days before the event: the canceled portion will be charged at 35% of the contracted rate. Between 90 and 61 days before the event: the canceled portion will be charged at 50% of the contracted rate. Between 60 and 31 days before the event: the canceled portion will be charged at 75% of the contracted rate. Less than 30 days before the event: the canceled portion will be charged at 100% of the contracted rate. No-shows or reductions in event duration will be charged based on the originally planned duration. Any cancellation, even partial, must be submitted in writing to the sales department and must cover the entire originally reserved period. Otherwise, the Pavillon Royal reserves the right to revise the contract terms, rates, and contingencies.

Located in 16th District in Paris, next to a beautiful lake in Bois de Boulogne, we can accomodate up to 1 200 people for a cocktail & 500 attendees for a conference
