Cancellation Of Event: Between 120-91 days (inclusive) prior to the arrival date of the function: Providing the space is subsequently re-sold, a cancellation fee will not be incurred. The deposit will be fully refunded. If the space cannot be re-sold, the deposit will be retained. Cancellations between 61-90 days prior to arrival will be subject to forfeiture of 25% of the full contracted amount. Cancellations between 31-60 days prior to arrival will be subject to forfeiture of 50% of the full contracted amount. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to forfeiture of the full contracted amount. Daily contracted rate for the event includes all Accommodation, Conference Packages, Function Room Hire, Contracted Meals, Beverage Packages, Theming and Entertainment [organised by Mantra Parramatta], Audio Visual or Hotel Services. **Separate cancellation terms may apply for accommodation

Parking The Hotel car park entrance is from Valentine Avenue, with direct access to the hotel lobby and conference rooms via the car park lifts. Car parking is subject to availability and charged at $18.00 per car per day (unless otherwise stated). There are also paid parking stations located nearby on Valentine Avenue and Wentworth Avenue.
