The Hotel Bologna is a charming four star hotel in Pisa equipped with all comforts. Hotel Bologna - surely one of the most prestigious in Pisa - occupies a stylish, typically Tuscan palazzo in the historical centre of the city. The central but sheltered street on which the Hotel is located is just 500 meters from the train station. The Cathedral (Duomo), the main thoroughfare (Corso) and all of the principal tourist sites can be easily reached on foot. The nearest motorway exit is the A12 Pisa Centro, while the exit from the regional highway that links Florence, Pisa and Livorno is just 3km away. The hotel is right in the historical centre of Pisa, located near the railway station and the airport. At Hotel Bologna, a warm welcome is exuded at all times of the year by the fresh ochre, peach and green tones of the decor. The Hotel boasts an elegant meeting room that is fully equipped for conferences, training courses and business meetings. Featuring similar decor to the rest of the building, the meeting room offers seating for up to 36.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
