The Villa Spalletti Trivelli Library can be used as a distinguished conference room for holding high-profile events and meetings where privacy and discretion are a must. The room offers services up to par with European standards and is furnished with the latest technology in the industry. Equipment at disposal : beamer & screen, wifi pc connection, 1 Flipchart and standard stationary, mineral waters & candies on the desk. Within the standard equipment ,we will also provide an in-room coffee station where guests may help themselves for an american coffee /hot water /Fruit juice during meeting works .

We usually customize cancellation policy terms. However we usually request some credit card details as a guarantee and a 30 % deposit upon confirmation . Full Settlement : Balance to pay 3 weeks before the event .

With its Imperial Table, the room can host up to 22 people, and up to 40 with a theatre setup.
