Group Cancellation Policy: An update of the rooming arrangements is required at 90/60/30 days prior to the stay. FREE cancellation up to 30 Days before arrival– All or part of the rooms/block may be cancelled without penalty. Unused/unconfirmed rooms will be released by the hotel for sale. Any additional rooms will then be bookable, rate subject to availability Cancellation received 29 – 0 (zero) Days before arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full accommodation charge for all nights confirmed In case of a guest “no show”; all night’s confirmed accommodation will be charged
