The cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation within 30 days or more prior to the event: In this case, the event organizer will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made, minus any non-refundable fees that may apply. Cancellation within 15 to 29 days prior to the event: In this scenario, the event organizer will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total deposit or payment made, minus any non-refundable fees. Cancellation within 14 days or less prior to the event: Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within this timeframe. The event organizer will be responsible for the full payment of the booked event. Please note that any non-refundable fees may include expenses incurred by Nirvana Inn for event planning, administration, or other services that have already been rendered or scheduled. In case of rescheduling requests, every effort will be made to accommodate the new event date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be communicated to our event management team as soon as possible, and any applicable fees or differences in pricing may apply. We recommend event organizers to consider obtaining event cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances and potential financial losses.
