The event is cancelled less than 12 months before the event start date, 90% of the booking value on contracted accommodation and room hire revenue and 65% of the booking value on contracted food and beverage revenue. If cancellation occurs 8 weeks or less before an event, Cancellation is 100% of total charge Definitive cancellation charges due can only be confirmed to you after the intended date of your event, when we shall reduce the charge by the profit on any alternative business we have been able to secure on your behalf. No charge will be made if the venue can be hired out on the same date as the event at a similar fee. Cancellation charges are subject to VAT If a deposit and/or other pre-payments have been made by you in respect of a cancelled booking, and such amounts are less than or equal to the amount of any cancellation charges due, they shall be non-refundable. Accommodation cancellation is calculated separately The hotel honors a 90 day cancellation policy which means that once the contract is signed and returned, cancellations and amendments are accepted free of charge up to 90 days prior to bedroom arrival. The Hotel will not hold any bedrooms until the signed contract is returned. For cancellation/amendments between 60-30 days prior to bedroom arrival, 50% cancellation charges would apply. For cancellations and or amendments between 29-0 prior to bedroom arrival, 100% cancellation charges would apply. Cancellation charges are subject to VAT
