Our onsite restaurant/ cafe patio can accommodate and cater for groups with up to 85 guests. Including sit down, buffet style, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beach space is easily accessible and great for ceremonies, team building, relays, yoga/ exercise activities, competitions, beach volleyball/soccer, sports, and more!

Depending upon the time of the year individual cancellations range from 3 days prior to arrival to 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a one-night fee of the room rate and tax.

General 154 - two bedroom/two bathroom, 870 square foot suites, 6 floors (5 floors over parking), 5 elevators, 6 handicapped accessible suites. Star rating: 3 ½ - 4 stars. Location This “all-suite” beachfront resort, just north of St. Pete Beach, is situated directly on the powder-white sands of Treasure Island beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, is within easy walking distance to John’s Pass Village with multiple retail shops, restaurants, bars, casino cruise, dolphin cruise and water sports activities. Busch Gardens and the many Tampa area attractions including professional baseball and hockey are just minutes away! Orlando area attractions are just 90 minutes away. Facilities 1 large resort heated pool, 1 children's wading pool, 2 whirlpools, complimentary fitness facility, complimentary business center with free internet access, café/restaurant serving breakfast and lunch daily, small convenience store, poolside/beachside tiki bar with entertainment most weekends, weather permitting, free reserved parking (one spot per unit), 24 hour front desk, nightly security. Lush, tropical courtyard with waterfalls and fountains. Accommodations Each “coastal-living” style designed 2 bedroom/2 bath 870 square foot suite offers air conditioning, private balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico, each bedroom has 1 queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances, dining table with 4 chairs, breakfast counter with 2 chairs, living room with queen sleeper sofa, 2 televisions with VHS/DVD and premium cable channels, in-suite washer/dryer, ceiling fans, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, telephone.
