The NH Trento hotel is a brand-new hotel in the complesso Le Albere area. The whole area – including the hotel itself – was designed by famed architect Renzo Piano, and is surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hotel sits on the Adige river, with views of the Alps and nearby parks. Enjoy a relaxing stay at one of the hotel’s 89 rooms. Rooms have a modern, contemporary design and feel extra spacious with wooden floors, neutral tones and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in lots of natural light. Junior Suites on the 4th floor have views of the Alps, too. Sample delicious Italian cuisine and regional specialties at the restaurant. You can also get breakfast here, and the bar is a great place to unwind after a day’s work or sightseeing. Keep to your workout routine at the compact gym.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
