5. CANCELLATION/REDUCTION POLICY (see Cancellation and Performance Policies in the attached Standard Terms and Conditions) 5.1. If the Event group reservation equals to 100 or more Total Number of Guestroom Nights Reserved: You may reduce the numbers of pre-booked guestroom nights or cancel the group without liability or cost to you at any time 90 days or more prior to the Arrival Date. Full cancellation of the group 89 days or less prior to the Arrival Date will result in a 100% cancellation fee including all National and Local taxes. 5.2. If the Event group reservation equals to 99 – 41 Total Number of Guestroom Nights Reserved: You may reduce the numbers of pre-booked guestroom nights or cancel the group without liability or cost to you at any time 60 days or more prior to the Arrival Date. Full cancellation of the group 59 days or less prior to the Arrival Date will result in a 100% cancellation fee including all National and Local taxes. 5.3. If the Event group reservation equals to 40 or less Total Number of Guestroom Nights Reserved: You may reduce the numbers of pre-booked guestroom nights or cancel the group without liability or cost to you at any time 30 days or more prior to the Arrival Date. Full cancellation of the group 29 days or less prior to the Arrival Date will result in a 100% cancellation fee including all National and Local taxes.
