A stay here puts you close to must-see attractions, trendy shopping, and dining along the picturesque Christina River. The Riverfront Room can comfortably fit up to 224 guests depending on the chosen floorplan, but can also be partitioned into a smaller space for guest counts under 100. All rentals include access to our beautiful Pre-Function Space, Riverfront Terrace along the Christina River, and Front Lobby. Additional amenities include 2 Projectors, 3 TV Screens, 25x25 Mobile Dancefloor, Podium, 2 Wireless Microphones, Bluetooth Sound System, Colored Cove & Dimmed Lighting.

You can’t miss the awesome sight of the Kalmar Nyckel’s huge mast and elaborate rigging gracing the docks of the riverfront. Hand-built with the same old world craftsmanship used on the original ship, this replica is designed after the Swedish ship, which brought the first permanent European settlers to the banks of the Christina River in 1638.
Moored at docks located next to the Shipyard Shops and at Tubman-Garrett Riverfront Park, as well as at their permanent home at the Copeland Maritime Center, this magnificent ship helps create Riverfront history. Be sure not to miss the chance to get on deck for sails along the Christina River and tours of the ship!

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.

Climb aboard our classic yacht and take in Seattle’s waterfront views of beautiful Lake Union and adjoining waterways. You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout.
The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
