The hotel UTO KULM is situated in a traffi c-free recreation area close to town – the Uetliberg. There are several parking opportunities in Zurich and environment, but ultimately you can only reach our hotel by SZU (cable car) or on foot.
취소 규정
Cancellations of individual room reservations: For Lifestyle single or double rooms: Until 48 hours before arrival free of charge, afterwards 100% of the rate. For all suites: Until 1 month before arrival free of charge, afterwards 100% of the rate. Cancellation of seminar reservations: 1. In case of cancellation of confirmed reservations, the following charges are applicable: Without accommodation Cancellations 60 to 31 days prior to the event: 25% of the seminar costs, but min. CHF 20 p.p. Cancellations 30 to 11 days prior to the event: 50% of the seminar costs, but min. CHF 40 p.p. Cancellations 10 days to 1 day prior to the event: 75% of the seminar costs, but min. CHF 60 p.p. Cancellations on the day of the event: 100% of the seminar costs, but min. CHF 99 p.p. With accommodation Cancellations 60 to 31 days prior to the event: 25% of the seminar costs, but min. CHF 70 p.p. Cancellations 30 to 11 days prior to the event: 50% of the seminar costs, but min. CHF 140 p.p. Cancellations 10 days to 1 day prior to the event: 75% of the seminar costs, but min. CHF 200 p.p. Cancellations on the day of the event: 100% of the seminar costs, but min. CHF 285 p.p. 2. Short-notice cancellations (0–30 days prior to the event) of more than 20% of the registered guests will be calculated in accordance with par 1. 3. Cancellations of individual hotel room reservations (10%) are free of charge until 48 hours prior to the event. In case of a later cancellation or non-appearance of a guest, accommodation for one night is charged. Short-notice cancellations (2–30 days prior to the event) of more than 10% of the booked hotel rooms will be charged at CHF 100 per room. 4. The use of group session rooms may be cancelled at no charge up to 14 days before the day of the event. In case of subsequent cancellation, full costs will be charged.
