Utopia Resort is located at the Beach of Lamai, away from the hustle & bustle of the main resort area. It is a hideaway in a lush tropical setting adjacent to the finest sandy beach in Koh Samui. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. This year, I performed for Arthur Blank’s Super Bowl party with Lilac Wine Trio in New Orleans, and just 2 months later, was invited to perform a solo acoustic set for The Masters and its VIP guests at an event sponsored by IBM in Augusta.
