Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY In the event that the individual or entire group does not materialize / arrive, company / tour operator shall be held responsible for the payment computed as the equivalent for the full length of stay. * After the date this agreement is signed but more than ninety (90) days prior to arrival date the Hotel will hold the first deposit paid. * More than sixty (60) days but less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival date 25% of the total anticipated accommodation block / food & beverage and room rental revenue will be charged. * More than thirty (30) days but less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date 50% of the total anticipated accommodation block / food & beverage and room rental revenue will be charged. * Less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date 90% of the total anticipated accommodation block / food & beverage and room rental revenue will be charged. * Less than ten (10) days prior to arrival date 100% of the total anticipated accommodation block / food & beverage and room rental revenue will be charged.
