Cancellation Policy
There will be a $100 fee to hold the room for 10 days, and a $150 at the time of confirmation of date, for a total deposit of $250. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your date. If your date is canceled by the Callaway Conference Center staff your deposit will be refunded in full.
Additional details
Conferencing services are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday nights after 5 p.m. and weekends are available by special arrangement. Arrival times needed before 8:00 a.m. can be arranged with the conference coordinator.
