The Lancaster Learning Center is located just down Avenue J from the Antelope Valley Hospital. As soon as you turn from Avenue J to Lowtree you will see the two-story building just to the left. Parking is free and convenient. If necessary to leave for lunch during your stay, you will locate many dining establishments within a 3 mile radius.

Our space is primarily for organizations who need them for meeting/training space. We do not rent space for wedding venues, birthday, anniversary or graduation parties.

Cancellation Policy

We require advance notice of 6 business days to cancel space at no charge.

University of Phoenix has over 50 campus locations available for daytime rental Monday-Friday, 8AM–5PM. Any organization that needs a professional environment for their meeting or training needs is encouraged to call. Our classrooms (each campus varies) can accommodate groups between 14- 24 attendees and offer amenities such as wireless internet, ceiling mounted projectors, instructor podiums & whiteboards.
