Now you can buy into your own secure part of this unique lifestyle, or merely choose to visit awhile. It's a heady mix of fun, sun and sound holiday investment sense. Choose from over 361 luxurious self-catering Kalivas (apartments), with stunning views of the lagoon and a wide range of things to do. The Athene Conference Centre boasts the best in modern day conferencing within its Greek-styled architecture and setting. The main conference hall has been designed to cater for 400+ delegates, but can easily be divided into four separate venues with different seating types and configurations. With its state-of-the-art equipment and being fully carpeted, air-conditioned, sound proofed and views overlooking the tranquil Marina, this is the perfect conferencing venue. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet only one hour from Cape Town, it's the idea place to unwind and re-focus on business objectives.
