Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation by licensee: a. All payments and deposits are refundable if the cancellation request is received at least 60 to 120 days prior to the event (will depend on the scope of the facility rental) b. All payments and deposits may be applied to a future event if the cancellation request is received at least 30 days prior to the event. Such future event must occur within 1 year of the originally scheduled event, and such scheduling is subject to availability as determined by Licensor. If such subsequent event is not held within 1 year, all payments and deposits are forfeited and non-refundable. c. All payments and deposits are forfeited and non-refundable if the cancellation request is received within 30 days of the scheduled event.

Event insurance may be required.

Facility Restrictions

Capacities: Historic Courtroom: 160 guests sit-down dinner, 140 theater style, up to 200 reception style Goodman room: 40 guests sit-down dinner, 40 theater style, up to 50 reception style Full museum buy-out: up to 300 sit-down, up to 700 reception style. Parking lot is also available for tenting. Individual museum floors and exhibit spaces are also available for private functions.
