Cancellation Policy

Upon confirmation of the option, the customer must pay a deposit representing 40% of the amount Total Price. 6 months before the event, the customer agrees to pay 40% of the total amount including tax. The balance corresponding to the remaining 20% will be sent 15 days before the arrvial group. In the event of non-payment of one of the above mentioned sums more than 15 days after the due date concerned, the hotel may have to refuse the execution of the services, and terminate the contract. The indemnities defined in article 6 below will then be due to the hotel.
