El restaurante gourmet «Le Quattro Spezierie» deleita el paladar de los huéspedes con su cocina local reinterpretada en un estilo gourmet; el restaurante Roof Garden, en el cuarto piso del edificio, es el escenario perfecto para tomar una copa y cenar en verano, ya que ofrece una vista impresionante del campanario del Duomo.
