"We are proud, too, of the hotel itself - built in 1867 but providing excellent modern facilities for our guests. Sumburgh Hotel provides 32 en-suite bedrooms, and everyone is decorated to a high standard if you want to make your stay a really special occasion, we can offer you the magnificent St Ninian Room, complete with a four-poster bed and spectacular views over Sumburgh Head and Fair Isle. All the rooms are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities required to make the stay of the guests comfortable and relaxing.
