About us

Das Hotel Olimpo liegt an der ionischen Küste Siziliens, auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf Letojanni und nur wenige km von Taormina entfernt. Die Anlage ist ideal für lange Badeferien und für erholsame Kurzurlaube, sie bietet auch allen Komfort und Einrichtungen für Familien. Alle Einzelhotels des Komplexes sind mit einem Panoramalift verbunden; ein konventionell ausgestatteter Strand ist nur ca. 300 Meter entfernt und mit einem in den felsigen Hügel gehauenen Aufzug unter einer kurzen Galerie leicht zu erreichen. Das Hotel Olimpo befindet sich auf dem Dach des Komplexes und verfügt über eigene Einrichtungen.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
