Attention to the ecosystem of Castelfalfi is one of the pillars of our strategy; any change or addition suits the existing ecosystem. Our commitment to sustainability includes: • The vineyards and olive groves are cultivated without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilizers; use of a rigorous organic method as the basis of regenerative agriculture allows us to maintain the fertility of the soil and not compromise biodiversity. • To enhance the territory in which we are located, we prefer local products in our restaurants. • The biomass power plant allows us to be indipendent in terms of heating and cooling of all internal spaces. • Water resources throughout Castelfalfi: thanks to water purification systems and collecting rainwater, we are fully indipendent as concerns the water supply.
