De locatie beschikt over een permanent geïnstalleerd hoogwaardig geluids- en verlichtingssysteem en aanpasbare podiumopties, met meer dan 1.000 m2 vlakke vloer en pilaarvrije ruimte. Naast de Grand Hall biedt The White een unieke ruimte voor een VIP-receptie of een besloten aftershow-feest. De catering is flexibel bij Troxy met een breed scala aan voorkeursleveranciers, maar organisatoren van evenementen mogen indien nodig hun eigen cateraars gebruiken.
