Cancelación por parte del cliente a) Si se cancela una reserva, se puede aplicar un cargo equivalente a cualquier pérdida sufrida por el hotel. Evento más pequeño: - si la cancelación se produce entre 4 y 6 semanas antes de un evento más pequeño, el 25% de los cargos totales - si la cancelación se produce de 2 a 4 semanas antes de un evento más pequeño, el 50% de los cargos totales - si la cancelación se produce entre 0 y 2 semanas antes de un evento más pequeño o más grande, el 100% de los cargos totales - c) NO SE REALIZARÁ NINGÚN CARGO en las siguientes circunstancias: - si la cancelación se produce más de 6 semanas antes de un evento más pequeño o 24 o más semanas antes de un evento más grande - si el lugar se puede revender para las mismas fechas con cargos equivalentes o superiores y no hay otros costos/cargos consecuentes en los que incurra el hotel. d) Si el cliente/agente del cliente cancela un evento y, en opinión del gerente general del hotel, el cliente reserva un evento similar en el mismo lugar o habitación dentro de un período de 14 días a partir de la cancelación, el 25% del cargo de cancelación se acreditará al evento reservado de nuevo. e) Todas las cancelaciones o reducciones de número deben recibirse por escrito y se considerarán efectivas a partir de la fecha de recepción. 5. Política de cancelación de alojamientos asociados a eventos a) El hotel se reserva el derecho de solicitar un depósito tras la confirmación.
