De originele Hox heeft een opflakkering gehad. Sinds 2006 een vaste waarde in Shoreditch, nu volledig gerenoveerd met 210 kamers en dat kenmerkende industriële tintje. Beneden is er een nieuw, modern Italiaans restaurant met een verfijnde uitstraling; boven een restaurant op het dak dat gedurfde Peruaanse gerechten serveert.
