No décor may be adhered to the walls of any venue. Outside vendors are permitted into the venue for decoration purposes but must also be fully insured.

All deposits and prepayments are non-refundable however we are willing to move a wedding or event date to best suit the client in the case of unforseen natural disasters.

Additional details

The Air-Conditioned Chateau Tent, with 30 foot high peaks, can host sensational private functions for up to 350 guests.  The beauty of the Green Valley countryside (with our waterfalls, pergola structures for ceremonies, and new outdoor patio with bar) create the perfect setting for romantic weddings, eliminating the need for your guests to travel from one location to another, and provides dramatic backdrops with great photo opportunities.  There are two swimming pools available for outdoor group picnics and outings in addition to a large grassy area for games along with volleyball and basketball courts. Take the employees out for some fun and games after a long day of team building seminars in the Green Valley Chateau Grand Ballroom and Sunrooms. We offer the perfect setting for company outings in the Chateau Tent.
