About us

NH Luxembourg Airport, recently renovated in 2019, is very conveniently located and easy reachable for those business travelers who come from different directions. The venue is located next to the airport and multiple highways. NH Luxembourg Airport is very good isolated, thus you won’t hear any noise from the airport and from the highways. The city center is just 8 kilometers away. Here you will find nice restaurants, bars and shops. You could also explore the city, there are many famous sightseeing. Besides, it is also on a short distance from forests and river valleys. If you are planning to organize a business meeting in Luxembourg, you should think about NH Luxembourg Airport. We offer 7 modern and well-equipped meeting rooms. Thanks to the variable walls, we can combine a few rooms. With this, you can host up to 110 people. All meeting rooms are standard equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, high speed internet, high quality furniture, a projector, a flip-over and a presentation case. Additionally, they all come with lots of natural daylight, a high ceiling, variable lights and the rooms are soundproof. You can find all our meeting spaces on the ground floor. Our Event Team can arrange anything for you, from a presentation to a video conference and private dinners. We want to make sure that we meet all your needs and wishes: related to catering (for up to 200 people) and audiovisual equipment. Thanks to our partnership with other companies, you can rent anything you need. With 149 guest rooms you can give your attendees the possibility to stay overnight. We offer rooms in different categories: standard rooms, superior rooms, family rooms and we have 1 junior suite at our disposal. All guest rooms are provided with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a minibar, coffee- and tea facility, a sitting area (ideal if you want to work a few hours individually and quietly), a flatscreen TV, a hairdryer and bathroom amenities. Each room is decorated in bright colors which offers a great atmosphere to relax. Each morning you can enjoy our freshly prepared breakfast which includes a wide variety of fresh fruit juices, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, breads and much more. If you need to wake up early, you could order an early bird breakfast at the reception. On the ground floor you will find our bar and brasserie. Here we serve an à-la-carte menu, a large choice of drinks, snacks and light meals. It’s daily open. For those ones who prefer to stay in their hotel room, we offer 24/7 room service. If you would like to exercise, you could visit the gym on the 4th floor. It offers a great view throughout the airport. It’s open from Monday to Friday from 06:00am – 10:00pm. Usage is free of charge. When it’s summer time, we open our outdoor terrace. Here you could have an informal meeting, enjoy a tasteful drink or relaxing while enjoying the sun. The hotel is easy accessible by car. You can park your car onsite for free. If you are travelling by airplane and you are at the airport, you could take the free hotel shuttle to take you to the hotel. Additional services which we offer, are free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, currency exchange, laundry service, dry cleaning service and wake-up service. The venue is wheelchair accessible. Front office is open 24/7 and our staff speak multiple languages.
