There is no single occ supplement, all rates are the same whether single or double occupancy. Bournemouth airport is closest at 14 miles Southampton airport is 20 miles London Heathrow is 90 miles
Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm all meetings and events. The remaining balance is payable two weeks prior to arrival, at which point the booking becomes fully confirmed. After the final payment has been made, all charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any cancellations or reductions made within the contracted terms may still be fully chargeable.
