5.1 If the Hirer cancels a booking the following charges will apply: (a) If a booking is cancelled less than 60 daysbefore the Date of Event the Owner may retain [50%] of the Price as a cancellation fee. (b) If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the Date of Event the Owner may retain [75%] of the Price as a cancellation fee. (c) If a booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the Date of Event the Owner may retain the Price as a cancellation fee.
