Hard Rock Cafe Manchester is een full-service evenementenlocatie die geschikt is voor maximaal 450 personen staand of 230 personen zittend dineren. Of het nu gaat om een 3-gangendiner of een informele receptie, de evenementenmogelijkheden zijn enorm en de ervaring is authentiek! Onze Rock Lounge is perfect voor kleinere gezelschappen voor maximaal 40 personen die dineren/80 staanplaatsen en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de locatie en adembenemende memorabilia. De ruimte is uitgerust met een eigen bar, waardoor het de ideale ruimte is voor privé-evenementen terwijl u geniet van de elektrische sfeer van de locatie. De breedte en hoogte zijn slechts een richtlijn, vanwege de U-vorm kunnen we geen exacte afmetingen van elke sectie geven. We hebben een lift beschikbaar voor rolstoelgebruikers naar de tussenverdieping

Annuleringsbeleid

PER KLANT: Evenementen kunnen door de Klant zonder boete worden geannuleerd tot honderdtwintig (120) kalenderdagen vóór de datum van het evenement; daarna zal Hard Rock alle aanbetalingen voor het Evenement aan de Klant terugbetalen. Evenementen kunnen door de Klant tot negentig (90) kalenderdagen vóór de datum van het evenement worden geannuleerd; daarna zal Hard Rock de helft van alle aanbetalingen voor het Evenement aan de Klant terugbetalen. Gebeurtenissen die door de Klant worden geannuleerd met een opzegtermijn van minder dan negentig (90) kalenderdagen, zullen ertoe leiden dat de Klant alle eerder aan Hard Rock betaalde aanbetalingen verbeurt, tenzij een dergelijke annulering het gevolg is van een overmachtsituatie. Alle annuleringen moeten schriftelijk worden ingediend. DOOR HARD ROCK: De klant erkent dat Hard Rock deze overeenkomst kan beëindigen na een schriftelijke kennisgeving van vierentwintig (24) uur wegens niet-betaling van onbetwiste verschuldigde en achterstallige vergoedingen, en na een dergelijke beëindiging heeft Hard Rock het recht om alle vóór de beëindiging betaalde aanbetalingen in te houden.
