Hard Rock Cafe Manchester is a full service event venue suitable for up to 450 people standing or 230 people seated dinner. Whether it's a 3 course sit down meal or an informal reception, the event options are vast and the experience is authentic! Our Rock Lounge is perfect for smaller parties for up to 40 people dining / 80 standing and offers stunning views of the venue and jaw-dropping memorabilia. The space is equipped with a private bar making it the ideal space for private events whilst enjoying the electric atmosphere of the venue. The width and height are just a guide, due to the U shape, we can not give exact measurements of each section. We have a lift available for wheelchair access to the Mezzanine floor
Cancellation Policy
BY CLIENT: Events may be canceled by Client without penalty up to one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days in advance of the Event Date; thereafter, Hard Rock shall return to Client any and all deposits for the Event. Events may be canceled by Client up to ninety (90) calendar days in advance of the Event Date; thereafter, Hard Rock shall return to Client half of any and all deposits for the Event. Events canceled by Client with less than ninety (90) calendar days’ notice shall cause Client to forfeit all deposits previously paid to Hard Rock, unless such cancellation is due to a Force Majeure Event. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. BY HARD ROCK: Client acknowledges that Hard Rock may terminate this Agreement upon twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice for non-payment of any undisputed fees owed and past due, and upon such termination, Hard Rock shall be entitled to retain any and all deposits paid prior to termination.
