Het Ayres Hotel Hawthorne/Manhattan Beach/LAX is een trotse dochteronderneming van Ayres Hotels, een privécollectie van op Europa geïnspireerde hotels die specifiek verspreid zijn over Zuid-Californië. Ayres Hotels zijn ontwikkeld, eigendom van en worden beheerd door de Ayres Family of Orange County. Het hotel met 173 kamers beschikt over 12 Executive suites met één slaapkamer, 14 junior suites, 29 King Courtyard suites, 66 King Studio Suites en 52 Queen Studio Suites. De hotelkamers variëren van 434 tot 663 vierkante meter, met talloze suites die uitkijken op de prachtige binnenplaats met een fontein. Elke suite is op maat gemaakt met een Ayres Dream Sleeper-matras, iHome mp3-speler/wekker, flatscreen-tv, koelkast, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, bureau en stoel. Met meer dan 6.000 vierkante meter aan vergader- en evenementenruimte binnen en buiten biedt Ayres Hotel Hawthorne/Manhattan Beach/LAX acht vergaderruimten voor sociale en zakelijke bijeenkomsten. Sommige vergaderzalen bieden een prachtig uitzicht op de binnenplaats, compleet met olijfbomen, fonteinen en zwembad. De Othello Room, een privé-eetzaal naast de Biblioteca en de hoofdlobby, beschikt over een eigen ober en biedt plaats aan maximaal 14 personen voor een meer intieme vergaderruimte.
