The Cameron House Inn is a beautiful Manteo North Carolina bed & breakfast nestled in the heart of Roanoke Island. All six rooms are uniquely decorated in the Arts and Crafts style that is a part of the laid-back island charm of the North Carolina Outer Banks. Cameron House Inn is an ideal site for other events such as rehearsal dinners, birthday or anniversary parties, corporate meetings, retreats, showers or family reunions.
