Located in the rural setting in the hills above Matlock and The Derwent Valley World Heritage Site. All Cottages at Darwin Lake are 4 and 3 star rated by visit England assuring you of their quality and a great holiday experience. Weekend, mid-week and weekly breaks all available. The cottages surround the lake in 10 acre woodland grounds, nearby are Carsington Watersports, Chatsworth House, Gullivers Kingdom, wonderful walking and cycling country, scenic drives & the Blue John Mines to name but a few of the fantastic attractions within the Peak District. For a warm welcome and a home from home atmosphere, close to Matlock's cafés, bars and restaurants along with a host of local attractions. You're sure to be delighted with your stay at our modern and uniquely attractive stone Cottages by the lake. Cottages benefit from Contemporary modern interiors, open plan living areas.
