Hi! I’m Estelle Tracy, a chocolate sommelier with a French accent and the founder of 37 Chocolates, a chocolate education company. I’ve hosted hundreds of tastings worldwide, both in-person and online, for teams and clients who want something fun, inclusive, and memorable. From wine, beer, and tea pairings to blind tastings and global chocolate journeys, I bring people together through chocolate. My clients include Google, Deloitte, and EY, and I’m a regular speaker at major industry events like the DC Chocolate Festival, the PA Chocolate & Coffee Festival, and the Retail Confectioners Association. When the members of North Dakota Farmers Union (NDFU) began talking about the future, they sought to provide a restaurant brand where consumers would benefit from a direct link to the source of foods cultivated on American family farms. And Farmers Restaurant Group was born. As we watch much of the restaurant industry cut labor costs and offer foods with additives to extend shelf life, we’re doing the opposite. We continually look for opportunities to add value to all our ingredients. We source pure ingredients in order to cook, mix, and bake our food and beverage items from scratch, in-house, every day, all while honoring American family farmers and their hard-earned bounty.

READYSET ATLANTA is a strategic and fast paced team of highly skilled Fabricators and Artists providing custom or pre-built sets. Our 12,000 square foot shop paired with our experienced crew allows us the opportunity to expertly execute a myriad of unique designs and projects. Our clients can rely on us to provide custom designs for any venture, from studio photography sets, events, retail and showroom displays, trade show booths, video and film scenery, gallery builds, pop-up locations and runways. Originating from ReadySet Inc. in New York City, an industry leader since 1997, we embody the passion and commitment necessary to meet our client's unique needs. We relish the opportunity to exceed our client's expectations and our team finds challenges rewarding. Our diverse crew offers a wide range of skills and they are always open to working with new ideas, materials or methods to further our skill set and deliver. With an emphasis on pre-building and finishing sets, our team is able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise ahead of time, saving valuable time during delivery. We provide 3D production drawings to our clients to confirm every detail and also provide samples of finishes needed. As the project develops, we provide constant communication with clients to ensure the project encapsulates their vision. Our clients are encouraged to inspect their jobs in our shop to get a hands on feel of the scale and specific scenic elements.

A born showman, Kevin DelMastro brings a visual and musical spectacle to lounges, cocktail parties, weddings, romantic dates, and corporate events. Offering jazz, Latin, soul, dance, and instrumentals of pop and rock favorites, Kevin loves entertaining and starting the party with his big sax sound and professional backing tracks. He specializes in giving a unique experience to his clients by catering to their taste and style. If the event is mellow, he blends in with smooth background music. If the event is high-energy, he amps it up with high energy music, often dancing with guests as he plays. Engaging, personable, and dynamic, Kevin was the featured entertainer at UC San Diego’s commencement ceremony in front of 7000 people, pushing the limits of audience engagement, building epic solos, and creating the ultimate show. Based in San Diego, California, he travels to any market worldwide.
