Deposits/Payments A deposit is required to confirm the date and time of all functions and events. The amount required is 50% of the total cost of the function, inclusive of GST. The outstanding amount is payable no later than 7 days prior to the event in full and may be paid via credit card, cash (at venue) or via EFT (remittance advice required) unless otherwise discussed with Management. Payment instructions are included on your invoice. Cancellations All cancellations must be made in writing to the Functions Manager. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event will not be eligible to receive a refund of the booking deposit. Management reserve the right, in their discretion, to amend or cancel an event at any time.

Qualified team building facilitators will engage and provide activities designed to challenge and connect teams to promote and encourage team spirit and bonding. • Improve project management skills • Improve communication skills • Develop problem solving skills • Boost staff moral • A new way to have fun! Why not think outside the square and have a creative and fun experience that everyone will enjoy and remember! Enquire about your own private function room! Hours for the IceBar are: 7 days a week 10:00AM till 9:30PM with extended hours on Friday and Saturday. Hours for the Amarok Restaurant are: 6 days a week 12:00PM till 9:00PM with extended hours on Friday and Saturday (closed on Mondays).
